Lodging Information


Regular Lodging


    The majority of the attendees will be arranged to lodge in the air-conditioned students dormitory (Christina East & West Building), and the cost of which have been included in the conference fees. The typical lodging format will be in the two-bedroom apartment that shares one bath room. There are two single beds in each bedroom that can accommodate two persons in each bedroom. Therefore each apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons with double occupancy. Attendee can choose to live in single occupancy in the same room and pay a higher rate as detailed in the conference fee schedule.

Special rates for 2010 TACEC conference attendees on 7/2 – 7/5


    2010 TAC/EC special rates - $109 for single King bed and $119 for two Queen beds. Same rate for each of night. Booking can be cancelled up to the same date by 6 p.m. Please call Courtyard Hotel directly at 302-737-0900 to book room. Just mention “Taiwanese American Conference”. The deadline for the above TAC/EC special rates is 6/11/2010.

This hotel building is adjacent to Clayton Hall of 2010 TAC/EC conference within walking distance.

For those who decide to use hotel accommodation, instead of student dormitory, you may deduct $25/night from conference room & board cost.

For those who have submitted the registration and decided to switch to hotel should re-submit the registration form and receive $25/night refunds.

Note the 2nd generation TANG program requires all attendees to stay in the air-conditioned student dormitory.
